As for opening..that too is up in the air.

Gadar 2 has twice the numbers than Animal on BMS.It is also winning the Taran Adarsh poll, which has more than 1 lakh votes(unlike I-F which gets an average of 50 votes)

Both Animal and Gadar 2 will lose half the screens to the others, because of spoilsport OMG2.

What are budgets of these films?My guess is Gadar 2 is half of Animal.

Animal and OMG 2 should postpone. Gadar 2 is the biggest film among the three. Its confirmed with the response Gadar has got with its re-release. I was underestimating this film because I thought Gadar has not really aged well and Sunny Deol is not a star. I was wrong.

But regardless of which is the bigger movie, clashing three big films or even two big films is just stupid considering Bollywood's current state. Its nothing but ego. I believe OMG 2 makers announced this date only because there was news of Animal getting postponed, and they thought its an empty spot. But clashing only with Gadar 2 was also stupid. Akshay would have to move.

Ranbir would embarass himself if he loses the clash with Sunny who is a done-and-dusted actor. Both films are massy action movies but Gadar 2 is targeting a wider demographic. Its audience is kids+families+men+women. Animal's audience would just be young adult men.

The only thing in favour of Animal is that its likely going to be a better movie. It can overtake Gadar 2 with the help of WOM. Anil being an outdated director is no match to Vanga.
