I’m also thinking she doesn’t know how to go back even if she wants to after running away. She might afraid of the consequences waiting for her. What i feel is nooran wanted to show meerub falling in love phase like this...The way she is remembering and crying for him , it's hard for her to accept that she is actually falling for the guy she was forcefully married..she will soon accept that she is in love with him but it's too late to go back..Somehow nooran couldn't justify any of these in her script and everything looks out of the place..
