I just saw the video after reading your comments, here are my thoughts

I didnt think they were putting her down. It could be that the party was decided before and then Rachana took two days off to travel. I am sure she really struggles balancing her work and relationship so goes away whenever she gets a chance even if it means missing a party. Thats just my assumption

Also you guys may have noticed Rachana doesnt over participate on live sessions as she understands the concept of over exposure. And Iqbal has also stopped over exposing so i guess some priorities are being reset

The downside of social media i guess is you have to draw a fine line between showing bts, friendship and over doing it

The bashing of the creatives on the live was on point! Audience haat dho ke peeche par gayi hai creatives ke rightfully!!

2. Bring back OG Dev and not as Vidhi's cheerleader only

So what got me wondering as Deepshika said that they are showing 1 hour episodes on Star plus everyday and there are some cuts to the episodes to cover the show rerun in 4-5 months, so will the show shift to Star Plus then? so confusing .... that means they have a long term plan ?

I will always root for Rachana as Vidhi as she breathed life into her. I guess thora lapse hona is natural since it is a daily soap. We just love them too much hence cant tolerate these low days. I hope things back on track soon

I think people start blurring the lines between the characters and the actors - including the actors themselves. Nobody has anything bad to say about Rachana - I think she is super dignified and extremely professional, unlike a lot of other people on the show. Good on her, for putting her personal life and her relationship ahead of a party or whatever.

From my perspective, Deepshika or Rishina are popular now is because of their social media presence and the fact that neither IQ nor rachana are very active on social media. So the only way people get a glimpse into what goes on behind the scenes is because of them, and they are playing that to their advantage. I have no opinions on the actors themselves, but I would pay the makers to see less of either character on screen. I am extremely tired of seeing satya on screen. I am extremely tired of seeing any of the other Raichands on screen. This show is not at all about them - they are like elaichi in biryani - you don’t really miss them if they’re not there but if you bite into one - it ruins the whole dish for you.

@bold - 100% agree! Others are older and settled in their lives and she is working hard day and night to make one so its good she took some time off to relax. much deserved

I don’t have that much optimism left 😄 storywise I don’t see them doing anything to get out of the ditch they are in.
At this point I am just watching to get ViDev out of my system. Unless they are willing to do something drastic and fix this, and get them back in focus, I don’t think this show can be saved.

And it is giving out a very toxic narcissistic SM culture - which makes it very hard for me to get on that train. She just goes everywhere with her camera and it is so extremely unprofessional. Imagine being at a workplace where a coworker randomly starts live streaming and putting you on the spot. I would be horrified. It is uncomfortable and unprofessional. She is milking the fact that she is the most active person on SM on the set right now and everyone else is going along so that they get carried along with the waves or is forced to go along.

Re the rest - I think she should really be the one backing off. Other than IQ everyone else is still finding their footing in the industry and I can see how they would feel pressured to say/do things to boost their profiles in whatever way possible.

And my dislike for what she does offscreen is seeping into the way I am viewing her character too and it’s putting me off the show even more.

On a different note - I hate how these younger/less established actors have to be like Sir/Ma’am. I cannot tolerate these false airs. But that’s a whole different rant 🙈

Frankly I hate the current toxic SM culture where fans feel the necessity to get a glimpse of their favorite actors behind thr screen.

As long as the content is created with concerned person's consent it's alright, but most of the time we have seen Deepshika start shooting video randomly without consent. This could amount to harassment in corporate culture. I don't know how others rejoice at this but I find it disgusting.

I thought it was just the creatives who were morons but looks like the cast is equally moronic to think people give a damn about them if not for videv. Just bcoz we have been going into a tirade about Vidhi's character doesn't mean we hate Rachna. In fact most of us love Rachna and can't tolerate seeing her acting prowess reduced to itv gyaan maatha.

Deepshika and Rishina are deluded and seem to live in a fool's paradise of their own if they think people would give them a rat's ass if not for Rachna and Iqbal.

Earlier it was just the show that was being unfair to videv but looks like the leads are in a fix in the real life too. This was supposed to be my major stress buster but seems to have gone the other way. Just looking for a way to wean myself out of this and never to enter ITV trap again.

Quick update (I ffwded through the first 10 minutes - and was surprised by the Last 10 minutes)

Vidhi gives a big lecture, slaps jai to get him out of his drunk stupor and brings him to Ramoji bhai. Who is dying and knows when the train is going to come for him too. Him and Jai have a heart to heart and they get some closure. Ramoji asks vidhi to find a girl like her for Jai and until she does, to take care of him. Dev nods, Vidhi (and this was a shock to me) says why only me - both of us (Dev and I) will do it. We’ll find someone for him. (Vidhi - there are apps now for this, don’t add one more person to your to take care of list)

ramoji dies and jai is all like save my dad, I just got him. Doc does a cursory check and says sorry.

Amba is having a meltdown coz she’s now a meme. She gets a news alert saying vidhi and dev dropped off abhi and priya at the airport, everyone was happy. Amba is losing it and asks yogu to have the PR guy killed. She is like the raichands are driving her nuts. Yogu is a little shocked by how unhinged she is.

Satya is at milapini Maiya’s mandir and tells Hamla that she is worried about why all these things are happening to her family. Bims gives her milapini maiyya’s photo and some raksha dhaga. HP tells satya to do grah Shanti pooja. I can tolerate satya with hamla - I think she should stick to parent scenes.
Dev and vidhi are driving back and vidhi is thinking back to how abhi tried to kill himself. Dev is also very disturbed. Dev tells vidhi that her presence of mind and maturity really saved the day, and he thanks her. She tells him not to thank her and all. And says that she is happy abhi and Priya’s relationship is getting better. She says abhi swore that he wouldn’t do anything, dev continues to drive. He reaches the same road that he was driving earlier when ramoji’s car met with an accident, and he stops, vidhi asks him what happened - he says nothing (this cgi was horrible). He drives on.

Later at the house, satya and dev are talking about how ramoji was such a good guy. Vidhi brings soup for dev. Satya gets emotional saying ever since vidhi came to this house, she has not had one moment of peace blah blah blah. Her kids are struggling so much. Chithra cheers her up.

Later that night Dev is having a restless sleep, where he is haunted by the accident. He gets up startled, vidhi gets up too. Vidhi gets him some water, and dev is like he was dreaming about the accident. It was so vivid, it almost feels like i was the one who caused it, vidhi is like stop it. It was just an accident - you just happened to be there. Dev is like yes, but why me. Why did I have to be there. The guilt is so much, vidhi is like I hate telling you what you told me. But this is what you told me. What has happened has happened - why you were there was because if you weren’t there, he wouldn’t have gone to the hospital. If you weren’t there, I wouldn’t have come there and I wouldn’t have been able to bring jai there. Because of you, a father got to see his son before he died and because of you, a son got some closure. Try to put your mind at ease and sleep. Dev lies down on vidhi’s lap.

The next day, vidhi and dev are at Maiyya’s mandir, giving Hamla the news about Ramoji’s death.

Dev’s guilt is still eating him and he is like can we do a puja for his aatma Shanti. HP is like sure, bims is like, after the puja, feeding Brahmans is good. Jai comes there and is like of course we’ll do it. He thanks them for thinking of his dad and says that he will pay for the puja etc.

Precap - vidhi gets a letter from Jai’s company inviting her back to the office to talk about a job. Dev is thrilled and is like congrats. Satya and chithra are happy too.
Vidhi goes to the office where she is shown her cabin and Jai asks her what her expectations on salary are. Vidhi is like I’ll talk to my husband and can I tell you.

Jai thinks that Dev has her shackled and that he will break all her shackles and let her fly.

Thoughts - I was surprised by how they made the whole Jai/Rao scene, the death all unimportant. It happened - but it doesn’t affect them. I liked that. I wish they could temper the whole storyline with this much maturity. But I doubt it.

Also - I have to see how the scene plays out - but the whole let me talk to my husband and tell you what I think about the offer was very relatable - she just want a sounding board - and dev is vidhi’s. There’s nothing shackling about that Jai.
All in all a very filler like episode - but I liked both the Videv scenes. Boring but executed decently.

Yes it seems they might shift if starbharat plans to revamp.all.serials so if want nuksh to continue they might shift it on starplus.But my fear is starplus shows are very toxic rather they could end the show
