I am guessing Zahid is the cheating husband of Mehwish and she feels a connection with Wahaj on the train. Also if a guy I just randomly met on the train drew my portrait, I would be creeped out by it but this is what sells in Pakistan as romance I guess.

@red. Agree. But if the guy was Wahaj the heartthrop of many, this story can make sense.😉😆Seriously, I think they'll try to make it convincing. 🤓

I guess, they were supposed to make it as short film which has to be released on seeprime's yt channel. But then they thought to make it a feature film as big names are associating with it.

But i agree with you, they are just thinking from business point of view not from audience pov.

Love at first sight/meeting, is not a new thing. And I guess it will not get older. People will keep on using it. And it will keep on working if chemistry would be good

I think these were supposed to be 3 separate short films to be streamed on the seeprime channel.

Almost all big names in PTV have done short films which have been streamed on various channels.

The same channel has done short films with the likes of mahira, sanam saeed, etc.

I really think Wahaj popularity made the channel think if they can package three different films in one showcase and play it in the theatres. These three films do not fit the mold of commercial cinema - which is struggling as is - and are not typical box office draws.

Popular TV shows like mere pass tum ho, parizaad had played their finales in theatres and got a lot of audiences - so people wanting to see their favorite ptv actor on screen is a credible hook.

I know right!! The title track is good but if they wanted to make some anthology series, they could have restricted themselves with a particular genre with different stories. And horror toh they could have atleast excluded, though it is comedy but many don't prefer watching any kind of horror that too at the start of the movie.

Also, i don't get why Zahid is doing a cameo here ( it's clear, he is isn't the lead considering the trailer, he wasn't even there at the launch of the trailer, he isn't even promoted as the lead) . Would have been better if was casted as the lead in other story, maybe in place of Mani or Sheheryar as he is a better actor than these two. What a waste of talent 😆

Wahaj and Mehwish, I am fine with considering they may have some back story so it will be too quick to judge, they both are good actors but KRQ writes misogynist and sadist stories so still can't trust 😆

I agree. It doesn't have the production quality of a movie. It looks like 3 short telefilms. See Prime produced many good short films on their yt channel. There's nothing wrong if they want to test success on big screen. Specially when there are no big films on cinemas on Eid Ul Adha (Strangely 😲)

@red. Exactly . And this is why this movie didn't take much time to get ready for release , unlike other Pakistani movies which take yrs to be made.😃

@green. I think Pakistani cinema should experiment with its style of making movies, and not just make commercial ones. Its art movies made a name for it. And they should continue doing so. Teri Meri Kahaniyan isn't an art movie, it has horror and comedy.. so maybe it can make money. Who knows!😕

@blue. That's it. If ppl went on to watch Humayoun and AAA on big screen, they'll sure make an effort to watch Wahaj.😉😃

This is why I have my doubts on the success of this move. Maybe they can end this movie with the horror, so those who have frightened hearts can go out of the theatre before it starts.😉😆

Let's accept it. Zahid isn't the lead. And although he starred in a movie with Saba Qamar yester year, he couldn't succeed. He wants to do movies, and he has no problem in doing supporting roles it seems. 😒 As for Mani I think they casted him for Hira.. I don't know why? They could've ousted Hira from this too.. Mani has the worst voice .. how can he be a lead!😡 Sherry is at least good looking. He did some successfull movies before, so it isn't wrong to cast him again.

KRQ likes torturing his audience. But he made some successfull movies and dramas with happy endings too. Although here we can't expect a married woman to leave her husband to be with a man whom she met on a train.😆
