Long back Colorstv announced a proper mythological series loaded with vfx on Lord Shiva to be coming up post IPL, now it gets weekday 8pm slot from Jun 19th.

Zee & Prateek are now using same name ShivShakti with a prefix, for launching a regular modern age drama (again based on same mythology), both main titles can only confuse TV viewers. Lets see..

shall be glad if NO age gap would get purposely highlighted in this new show, just because the actress playing female lead is much younger than the actor playing male lead in real life. 😛

Somehow this spin-off looks promising, but let us wait for the first few episodes

Feel it can almost be similar to RM original story, ML might be a bitter brooding recluse widower here in the new show too, 😳probably without a kid, also instead of an accusing MIL his fight may be with his FIL?🥺

Over using Krishna & Radha along with Gita in RM was misleading, inappropriate, disoriented to any Krishna avatar related mythology reference. But with Shiva mythology as inspiration, similar backstory of ML may be slightly connecting, if writers minus ML's late wife ghosts hopeless commentary usage & give his second chance FL a far better background, identity, family, education, upbringing, styling, purpose, respect & dignity.🤔
