When you look at the fact he is in Sai’s just for couple of months, the deal wali shaadi even shorter. His behavior is unacceptable. Virat at this stage of their deal wali shaadi was dealing with Sai who was a teenager, who was different than his household, who had spent life in small village & was moving to big unknown city. he had closer relationship with her because of their circumstances & she was a responsibility given by his mentor. Sai was a child who was sort of rebellious, temperamental, a free bird then. I always try to see Sai Virat at the stage of marriage where Sai & Satya are right now. Sai wasn’t easy to handle like she is right now. Expectations are more from Satya & Sai relationship than Sairat at that stage as both are older & more mature. Satya knows about Sais love for Virat. He himself is supposed to not move on from his true love. That’s the reason they agreed to marry eo. Satya knows that as her children’s baba Sai will always be in touch with Virat. Him being in love doesn’t give him right to behave with Sai this way.

Fgs, Satya 'is' Sai ka pati, like V is Pakhi ka pati...so he doesn't need to act like one.

V-Sai also had deal wali shaadi where V told her not to expect anything since he loved someone else, still she did and everyone sympathised with her state. And Sai behaving worst than V then behaved but Satya cannot ask her...he gave her a way out of marriage, she didn't go..what wrong he did by asking what does she want, she wanted to get away from V, hence married Satya, so what is all the non sense she is doing now. Sai is an independent adult who can take her decisions but cannot cheat...if she is oh so much in love with V, why can't she tell Sattu directly and go back...

18 year old Sai had spine, she also had morals which are completely missing now. Satya's way is wrong but V's way of manhandling and locking her up, beating her friends was so romantic ...

Exactly, Sai father trusted him more than anyone else. And, if anyone felt uncomfortable shouldn't have watched the show. Noone had forced them to watch.

If that’s creepy then husband in most couple who got married before 60s 70s were creepy. Girls would get married around that age. That’s acceptable age as per law even today. It was deal marriage till she became independent. He didn’t force on her or demanded any husbandly rights. He didn’t do that even when they remarried willingly out of love.

You haven't watched the episodes clearly. At this initial stage of marriage he never "preyed on" her.

And whatever it was, his love was a slow burn one and he did take some months to acknowledge it.

There was always a pillow wall between them and the reason for it was Sai. ( I don't want to diss about the most beautiful sequence of Ghum, which attracted many viewers). It was Sai who made the pillow because she felt she was crossing her boundaries.

You want to hate on Virat, go on there are many instances but please don't spread false information
