I think it might happen like this. At first they might think that Meerab is dead but Saba will tell them the truth that Meerab is alive and she has a child Meesam. Then Murtasim will bring her back. That time Meerab has still not forgiven Murtasim. By seeing that Haya might think that they will get divorced. But if Haya is getting married to someone else it doesn't make sense. But if she is getting married to Murtasim and he brought Meerab and Meesam back to haveli on the wedding day. Then the scene makes sense like Haya saying she can't lose Murtasim again because she almost got married to Murtasim.
