how was a DCP arrested by an inspector .. to arrest a DCP it requires permission from a minister .. and other higher up authorities… warna all type of aira gaira nathu gaira will file charges on police officers ..it is not like they are above law.. but enough evidence has to be produced and cleared from very high up authorities.., like CBI , ED .. haven’t the creatives watched movies like Singham, Dabangg, Khakee even drishyam .. kuch bhi dikhayenge ..
