If this was written and shot as consensual heat of the moment sex, there would have been a scene of them having a row after the door close. Maybe them standing closer and closer to each other as they yell.

At least something similar to how they used to fight before marriage (like she would poke him, he would grab her hand, they would always be standing close to each other leaning in) or like their valima fight.

The fact there was no scene after he locked the door suggest this story line was never filmed.
