Corporates are required to spend a certain amount of their profit on the wellbeing and upliftment of socially backward classes or promote/contribute to resolving social issues... typically the ones involving poor/women and children/neglected persons/environment or such.

in case of Ghum... they are trying to stress that Lavani as an art form is good but it's not considered respectable and that mindset should change.
