I used to apply chutney paste on my parantha as a kid, then sprinkled some chaat masala on it as well, achaar bhi pura ghuma deti thi uspe, fir fold karke khaane mei jo maza aata tha 😍😍😍

Had it once. Bhindi ki khatti meethi rassewali sabzi is common in South India..but it's so soggy..I like Bhindi crisp

Chutney is the reason I like momos..tried it with everything..rice, roti, pulav, , noodles, samosa, chilla, paratha..any random thing..it's a multipurpose dip

No no...not raswali. Crisp up the bhindi, and then to balance the flavour sprinkle a bit of sugar and mix it and crisp it up. The sugar carmelizes and gives it additional flavour.
