Okay so the gujju dishes you may not have heard of or tried could be -

1. Panki - made from rice flour and cooked on banana leaf. The layer of final dish is very thin (almost transparent). Tastes so yummy!

2. Locho - made with chana dal, urad dal & poha

Other dishes may be idada, khandvi, patra (you may have tried this one though)

So finally I tried maggi pakoda today and to my surprise it tasted pretty good! 😲

My sister described it as "has similar flavours of manchurian"!

Outer layer was very crispy and inner one was soft, it felt like the already cooked maggie was mixed in normal onion pakoda's besan batter.

Have you guys tried chinese samosa before? Flavours were very similar to it.

Photo dekh kar mujhe lag to raha tha ki shayad achha nikle khane me... Ab tumne confirm bhi kar diya 😂

Theek hai... ab mai bhi kabhi experiment karunga is par... ghar pe hi...🤓

It looked like this.. in picture it looks a bit weird (not gonna describe it) lol.. but tasted pretty good yaar!

Mai YouTube pe video dekh ke try karunga. Kisi ne to pakka upload kiya hi hoga Maggi pakoda recipe 😂

P.s. just now finished jalebi and khasta brunch... But photo nahi kheenchi

Ohh mujhe laga hi ki Chinese samosa bhi gujjus ki hi den hogi 😆 yahan toh kaafi saalon se it's a thing! Lol.. it's made with noodles and has normal Chinese flavours.. the outer layer of these samosas is thin compared to our normal samosas.
