Same it's quite the possibility because I'm thinking that too. Because the Hotstar synopsis was showing something else. But since maybe Virat wanted to quit they have to scrap everything down. Actually, if Neil exited, they could have had shown Virat apologizing and taking transfer with the family staying back (Ashwini could maybe move out with Virat) and then SaiYa falling for each other or just living it out as friends and then, SaiYa could have died in a car accident and since Viru is Savi's adopted father, Sai could go back to Chavans (legally Virat ka haq hai) but offscreen he could die in a mission.
But there wouldn't have been much drama and toxicity naa, toh jhelo ab! Sai ka doormatgiri, Satya ne manipulation and Virat ka DDP.
