The minute he entered the room and saw the bed, all the memories pertaining to it came flooding back. I have no complaints about the last scene but my only gripe is that now it is so evident that they are trying to drag this story for monetary reasons and its just not fair on the audience who gave this show so much love!

They could have added the gajra scene and chain scene. Those were beautiful scene between M & M. I don't think editors intentions were wrong in any way, just that they didn't show it properly.
