So a friend answered my query -

Murtasim khan tumhara decision meerub ko bacha nahi sakta !!!

That means - That means he wanted to protect her from MB and her outburst that is why he got her to Karachi and dropped her off protect her and he stopping Waqas because he didn't want to hear that Maryam bhaag gayi or anything related to Maryam’s lovestory !! But if he doesn’t listen then she will be protected but her image won’t be cleared.

I think thats what Waqas said ki "tumhara descision meerub ko bacha nahi sakta” in short to clear her image means saving her
