MB thought the worse of Meerab so she was really shocked. I don’t think that there were any major revelations for Murtasim so he wasn’t super shocked. He was shocked and disappointed of how far Mariam had gone. I have to go back and watch but they didn’t show his expression when Mariam said that Meerab did not introduce her to MZ. I feel like they would have shown his surprised expression if he believed that. I think the only thing he had a problem with was her helping Mariam elope. Maybe he just realized how much pressure she was under just now. He wanted her to stay out of it because this time he couldn’t protect her. I think he felt she didn’t want to want to be in this marriage anymore. That’s what it seemed like in previous episodes at least.
