I think it's the curiosity element toxicity element, brought viewership. CVs cleverly built episode 42 on the premise Murtasim is being soft to Meerab while she was poking her nose and responsible for mariyum eloping. The conclusion of 42 gave us a sort of justification for murtasim deserting Meerab right in front of her foster parents home, not even bothered to ensure if she's gone in or if something is going to happen to her. Now the previews are giving a totally different picture inline with the randomness TB is always plagued with.
