What if

the judge wants to know Abhir’s preference and asks him what he thinks of the custody. And since Nav told him custody is a ‘surgery’, baby will say he wants to be with DocMan for custody. And the judge will rule that AbhiM gets custody.

Also I don't see on what grounds can manjari and abhi win the custody.
