If you go by seasonal wardrobe changes and law school applications, it seems anywhere between 8-12 months may have passed.

IMO AAA and Yumna ka koi scene nahi tha na hoga. If you look at AAA friend circle from Islamabad, they are very burger. Just based on that, I can't see Yumna as AAA's type (and vice versa). Just my opinion.

It is very hard to do a snap shot analysis without seeing what the future holds

But if I had to say anything his reaction is more shock and anger at how stupid Meerab is. He knows she met anus multiple times but she couldn't figure him out. Anus Rohail it never ends with her does it. He can protect her from external threats, but she is inviting these threats on to herself as if her hand is always on the self destruct button. He sees her naivety as almost being suicidal now, despite the immense pride he has in her she is still foolish girl and with every crisis is she learning anything or is she getting worst.
