Hasn't Padma resigned and retired now? Though you're right; she should still have connections for others to search her daughters.... especially since her mother in law is critically ill.

She had mentioned to Dinesh. And he taunted her that she wasn't bothered about the kids earlier so she needs not leave her job now. They didn't show but since she is home past few episodes, I assumed she's retired. 😊

Once Dinesh comes to know his daughters are at nashik, he will also go there with ailing prabha mami and then mani, morukaka should be joining for some reason. As morukaka heard Krishna will follow the girls he will also be going there. So when everyone was at Vada somehow they would have wrapped up the serial.
