Which world is DKP living in No hospital in the world will allow an unknown person to sign Health related documents unless the parent/ guardian has authorized that person to sign. When I was hospitalized in Cd they wouldn’t even allow my husband inside without my permission, forget documents or talking to the doctor. I think the rule applies even in India.

Next of kin can sign in India…it’s not that strict …having said that this mockery doesn’t happen either…parents get it…if parents are not present next of kin
