You know, I was actually thinking about it today. It would actually make more sense. You know why? Because, I am not sure if anyone else remember, but a long time ago there was a scene where Sonali taunted Omi about being unfaithful. Now, it was not a direct taunt but more like a subtle jab at him, and just a passing moment (only seconds long), but it was definitely serious and it showed that some time ago Omi definitely had some kind of relationship outside marriage.

At that time, I thought they would develop something around it, but nothing of the sort happened. And I am talking about a looong time ago. It was definitely one of the initial days, when Mohit was old Mohit and Shivani was old Shivani. I think it was around SaiRat first Holi, but I am really not sure.

So, I was thinking about it and how if they made Satya Omi's son, their hundreds of episodes old one particular scene would make sense now.

But that's definitely not gonna happen.
