Yeah I guess it's actually like that. Dramas are more popular and drama industry is bigger than their movie industry. They hardly have 10-20 movies per years but I guess they have more than 100-150 dramas per year including all channels, all slots.

Pakistani movies except for Maula Jutt and probably Bol are honestly like a telefilm than a movie..the cinematic production values are missing probably because they are lacking in technical space..also their stories are a poor man’s Bollywood version.. Maula was an awesome movie because Bilaal Lashari really gave you some amazing original and authentic composition of scenes..it was bloody gruesome but still has incredible sequences which can stay with you for a long time.

Danish is just a decent actor with amazing screen presence. He is on shehryar's level. If shehryar chooses roles like danish he would also be trending all the time. But danish's comic timing is pretty good and he was better than ayeza in CT. Maybe because his character made more logical than her's.

Sadly we we are not able to see the movies. Bol was an awesome one which has mahira right? The hone tha pyar one.

It was truly very depressing and I stayed numb for few days. It left a traumatizing chill.

We rarely see good pak movies nowadays. Mostly are cheap bollywood or hollywood versions.

I think shehryar has more successful movies under his name than danish and his last drama before the one with Maya was ages ago. The one with sajal. He again started doing dramas recently only. So he don't have as many body of work as danish in the drama industry. I haven't seen any of danish's earlier work so don't know how he was but shehryar was bad in his early days. 😆Compared to that he improved tremendously. He brings out the subtle creepiness of asfar's character pretty well.

I think CT has a lot to do with it being a ramdan drama, ayeza-danish pairing and Saima Akram- dir danish's 3 consecutive ramdan drama than just danish. Sure his character and his acting was better but the only pulling fact was not him.

I think if shehryar does characters like ktk, deewangi he will also get that type of hype. More than the actors it seems the majority of the audience have some kind of obsession with toxic men😆. Just put a very stylish, good looking ml with anger management issues and dominating character in a decent budget drama and there will be buzz around it. Majority don't care if he is a borderline psycho and will droll over him 🤣.
