Most of these main stream actors do have PR teams who manage them.
Exactly usama needs training before making appearance onscreen other than dramas.

Usama is anyways over exposed in dramas, he needs to stop over exposing himself in IVs and shows. He is always on one or the other talk shows. Going by the number of shows he does i am pretty sure he can afford a decent PR agency to represent him.

He should prefer quality over quantity. If he will do one hit project then he may get main lead roles. He needs to focus on that. And yes he needs guidance too.
