im okay with her not saying anything.. like u said everyone loves differently.. and she told him at the beginning of the episode i will believe and love you back only when i can love you equally… and this love of hers will happen after this chaos that she created..

what doesnt make sense is her helping maryam eloping.. she is being manipulated but STILL. She herself says she doesnt feel this is right..
