I don't think anything went wrong. Iqra also don't follow farhan and sajal as well. Infact she don't follow 80% of her costars. Bilal also don't follow ushna or madiha.

He worked with ushna in 3 projects and both of them seems to get along just fine as co-stars and same with madiha. He looks comfortable with her in ejls promotion IVs.
