And I totally understand that a person tends to trust what they see but in this case, not once did she think about what Murtasim said...he could have said something else, but he specifically told her about the brothel thing. Why no background check on Anas? The first thing a lawyer would do is find acceptanle proofs in the eyes of the court...why wouldn't she do that?

And one thing I don't understand why wouldn't she trust Murtasim ?? I'm not talking about blind trust, no one should ever trust anyone blindly but he deserves that little ounce of trust from her. Has he ever given her any reason to not trust him? She saw him change then why not give that benefit of doubt to her husband the same way she did with Anas? And that is disappointing.

Also, I commented about her not thinking about Mariyam’s safety by helping her elope late in the night aise...why would she not consider the safety? Aur itna tha toh samne nikah karwati, aise bina shaadi ke akele kyu bheja?

She has definitely ignored a lot of red flags. She kind of has a tunnel vision. She sees what she wants to see and because of her promise she really needs to believe that Anas is a good guy. Her ego might not let her see the red flags or maybe because she is naive and doesn't believe that someone will do something like this.

Anas has already put doubt in her mind from the the beginning about Murtasim, about how he will look down on him because he isn't from a khandani family. Thats why she is doubting Murtasim. At first she believes that Murtasim made a mistake and went to the wrong place. To be certain she went to the address to check out what Murtasim was talking about. And what does she find? Normal house with Anas and his mother.

Taking Murtasim with her is impossible. After what he saw, do you really believe he is going back there or letting her go to a place like that. Murtasim was firm on his decision to marry Maryam to Nauraiz.
