It's important for leaders to hold town halls or other sessions, if only to update people on issues. Great leaders understand that basic aspect of good communication, even if a lot of people low down the food chain dont.😉Shows a fanatical level of bias or intellectual hypocrisy when one criticises a program that is actually commendable.😉
