Yunhi has a very tranquil effect to it and I love this thing about the serial. About characters then I would say that both Kim and Dawood are not appealing because Dawood is very flat with no shades to him in my eyes, whereas Kim is being too absurd sometimes. Being an overseas myself I expected better from her. Stupid and absurd heroines are borderline irritating for me. I want flawed heroine who actually makes sense like Zubiya in YKS.

I don't mind arrogant heroes having grey shades, walking with gun as long as they make sense and do not cross the line of toxicity, because such characters have a lot of depth and are interesting to decode for me, as they are unpredictable.

Heroes like Dawood, Saad and Armaan are just too easy to predict but I appreciate humans like them, except Saad since he doesn't looks like a human with brain 😆

The drama went overboard with the stereotype and it's there from both sides. Just because there is this sterotype that Americans live in their own bubble doesn't mean they should built an entire character on that stereotype. even the conservative behaviour of dawood is extreme as well. They are supposed to live in karachi which i guess is one of the biggest cities in indian subcontinent but he behaves like koi pind se aaya hai😆. The funniest was how he was lecturing kim about how wrong she is to think her pov was the right one when he and his grandfather have the same😆. But the drama does have the old school charm and i like its simplicity. Even when characters do absurd thinks it don't look ott.

I don't find Aaliya or kim absurd or stupid. Kim is stubborn but she is good to people who are good to her and dont try to impose anything on her. She don't like people forcing their ideologies on her. She is a single child brought up by a rich father so she will be spoiled in some sense and she is blunt but she isn't stupid. Ignorant maybe.

Aaliya is not even spoiled or blunt. She is right now the most relatable female lead out there. Gets emotional with people close to her heart but have a brave face on for others. That's pretty much how most people are. She also isn't very self righteous. She bends her ethics to run her household. A lot of people do that in real life.

Started off well but went downhill easily. The only guy with some sort of brain was the older brother but as usual anyone with more than two braincells is supposed to die in these type of dramas😆

The only good thing was the chemistry between khushhal and saboor which wasn't explored well. Her character should have never went back with khushhal's. He was a selfish prick.

After mushkil i realise never to trust geo atleast until the show is complete. They So thankfully didn't watched tere bin and looks like I will never watch it 😆

True. But zainab and khushal would have looked good if zainab wasn't negative. But compared to her saboor and kushal had insane chemistry which was never utilised in the show. That's why I want to see then together.

I dropped both muskil and TB when they started to turn bad. It was like watching Hindi serials. Watch it for the start then leave it. 😆

The only thing geo is good at is promoting the show. They like to spice up things way too much. They import their masala and spices from star plus and colours🤣

So i guess it was vibha or coffeecake. Someone on asa thread explained the entire story in a hilarious manner. 😆. Usama was only there to make the FL pregnant 🤣. He was a baby makers and she was the baby making machine🤣. Also had hilarious nick names to all the characters. The villain was called baby villain🤣

I miss mangobaz and this type of channels on YT. Now pak industry became typical and commercial like ITv after the reviewing channels opened.

That Parizad wala actor is very good she should get more roles in good projects

He was atleast smart enough to understand his wife is not as innocent as she acts. Also he didn't get manipulated by her and tried to ruin saboor's image. He was good and sympathetic towards saboor's character and never thought she could be bad.

On the other hand that dummy of a male lead won't take 2 seconds to doubt or blame everything on the female lead and i lost the number of times she was kicked out of that house. Hareem was openly flirting with him and henis fully aware of the fact that she used to stalk him in college but still will believe everything coming out of her mouth over the girl he has been sharing a room with for months🤢
