Is it really in character of Dhruv to believe Tara even after he saw the painting and listening to Dharmendra?

Can't he think that in 17th century there was a princess who looked exactly like Tara and that's her painting. Tara and Dharmendra both saw the picture of the princess from somewhere else, and started believing Tara is that princess. He knows Tara knew Dharmendra from before. Its possible for him to think both Tara and Dharmendra have studied immensely about Vallabhgarh from somewhere and have lost their mind. This is still a more realistic explanation for Dhruv to believe than time travel.😆

Yepp, as a man of science, he should ideally dispel this as one of Tara's fantasies, till he reaches the 17th century himself and realises it is true. But idk, maybe they are showing it as his trust in her since he seems to like her immensely.
