I think the only show recently I’ve liked is BALH where ML Ram is such a darling that anyone would fall for and FL Priya is a strong principled character who even sends her dad to jail for harming Ram. If Ram was even an ounce of what they portrayed Angad as, Priya would have shred him to pieces!
