And Goenkas are so rich, Akshu herself is floating in money why does she need🧹‘S hospital charity. So illogical. Akshara can fly around the world hundreds of times and still she will be left with lots of money.

off topic real story my family knew a very famous bypass surgeon whose Secretary always walked behind him with a briefcase when he went around all the hospitals checking in on his bypass patients. I have seen him too when my dad was in the ICU he was visiting another person. So the briefcase was always full of money. We had consulted him ,He used to be upfront with family members those days XYZ amount under the table, he used to do the initial surgery and leave the rest for his assistants to finish up, was sued too , but continued to practice till he retired.
Such an indemand doc He would sometimes do as many as 4 to 6 surgeries a day depending on how easy or complicated the case was.
