I saw week wise trp and it was maximum 2.2 so drew the conclusion. Yckkh even had 1.5 2 ratings. It ran.

Pl accept. Now that the director cleared it himself , the leap was "not" about her growth and journey , it was to establish a parallel lead to show "complex " relations. 😆 Just as this season is not only about abhira now.

It is never about couples and all - be it any or ALL couples in this or ANY show. It is just two separate groups of audiences who try to claim credit of which they have absolutely no idea.

This is applicable to all shows.

I don't have much idea about this, so I will agree with you. I don't know what happened with Hina - Karan exactly. Hina exit was ugly, I came to know as I have seen her in BB. Saw HC's recent interviews. He was very complimentary about RS. Do you think there is a problem between them?

I have seen that show. My God! What a mess! Kuhu was never done justice with and it was tiring. Shaheer had good SS though, didn't you feel that?

IMO, Akshara did have her fair share of SS post leap when the track was not being kept vague, I.e., when Abhinav was cameo. Once the ships will be finalized, I think she will definitely have more SS. As for her growth, I don't see it either. She doesn't answer back Manjiri or Aarohi firmly but takes nonsense from them. So, agree with you.

Abhinav is a new character, so they will have a lot of story for him initially. Plus, if they are going for Father vs Father track, Abhinav will be highlighted more than the mother.

This is incorrect, I know from experience. :) RS said 6 months back, which was around October 22, included TRPs of 1.8 and 1.9. The reason I stress on that is because I used to watch Banni CHD and for that fans constantly said that if the TRP falls below 2.0 for some time, the show gets axed, even if it is prime time. That did happen for Banni. YRKKH didn't get 2.2 trp in Oct 22 or Dec 22. So, the avg. TRP for the period RS is referring to pre leap wasn't 2.2.

I don't like to indulge in fan wars because that is exactly the intention of the makers.

The makers should put some money and time for better writers than giving bs interviews like this. Bana dete nav ka promo who finds a bechari pregnant ex mrs birla in rain. Maza ata yrkkh mein 🤪

Can't quote the reply but basically yrhpk didn't do any justice to main pair ..Rhea character was so weird and the show was dominated by kuhu drama. Not even abir and his mom ka relation which was complex got proper justification. Shaheer got ss but it wasn't utilizes properly. There is a reason that show shut stop...kuhu was evil but it was never acknowledged. She got to play happy family in the end.

Regarding yckkh - come on, pranali is there just to cry. Tell me one impactful scene she had post the mandir thing. Her character has been so so bad...akshara naam dalne se og nhi hota. She is neither akshara granddaughter - who actually valued relationships, nor she's kaira daughter who valued her husband. She's just a quitter, victim all the damn time. Akshara ka beta having heart issue and who gets monologue? Nav. Is this even real? If his character was so needed give him some backstory - unrelated to goenka birlas. They won't give cause none is interested. The dude is there to shoehorn nonexistent love triangle just like arohi.

I don't think hc has any issue but makers never did justice to him either. This dude is so so talented, they give him half baked character. The acting is bad in so many episodes. Abhi don't make sense lot of times

Regarding trp - didn't really put mathematical stuff 😂 might be wrong. Point is trp didn't really increase the way they are hyping it up. 1.9 to 2.1/2.3... it's not like anupama which has sustained 3+ for so long. There is a major issue in this show, which is copy pasting ekta serial tracks.

I never liked Pranali's acting very much, so I always preferred HC getting more SS, now Jay. Guess, that makes me biased. 😆

IMO, YRKKH has been on air for almost 13 years before Gen 3 - arrange marriage, love marriage, multiple marriages & separations - everything has been covered long ago. So, I guess, copy paste is the only way forward. I don't think YRKKH will now get the TRP that Anupama got. Anupama was kind of fresh when it started - self discovery journey of a 42 year old woman. When the novelty wore off and the show started deviating from the core story, TRP audience left Anupama too in some numbers as is reflected in overall TRP.

What I got from RS interview is that his objective of leap was to make the show survive and stop the TRPs from a downward slide. Post leap, the show is going on for more than 3 months (survived) and there is no continuous downward slide. RS mission achieved. On the plus side, ranking improved; going strong during IPL and more story due to new characters like Abhinav, Abhir and Muskaan. I think as long as the show achieves that, it will keep getting hyped.

PS - I don't want to talk about YRHPK because I will not stop. 💔That show disappointed me so much.
