Like how she wanted him to come with her to karachi, how she couldn't handle his anger in rohail case, she could have said I don't need to give explanation like she said to her fake fathers. But she wanted to give explanation only to murtasim.

When she feels she may loose murtasim, then only she may realise her feelings.
