Yeah this is a drama from 2018 or 2019 called Dil-e-Berehem. It used to air on A Plus channel. The drama went off air after a couple of episodes but I don't know the reason.

One thing to note is that standards are very different for Pakistani dramas vs films. The Danish Taimoor song is from a film but the Wahaj song is OST of a TV drama. I mean Pakistani films have had item numbers also - for instance, you can check out the Billi song which Mahwish Hayat danced on in the film Namaloom Afraad. Pakistan films are also much more relaxed in terms of clothes and physical intimacy compared to dramas (though much less than Bollywood of course).
