Tilak Varma not out 84 from 45 balls, with 9 fours and 4 sixes.

SR-- 182.61

Arshad Khan to du Plessis, out Caught by Tim David!! Finally a wicket!! This was the slower length ball, Faf is beaten by the lack of pace. Goes through his slog a bit too early and gets no timing. Goes high but lands in the hands of Tim David at long-on. MI have an outside chance now. du Plessis c Tim David b Arshad Khan 73(43) [4s-5 6s-6]

Arshad Khan to du Plessis, THATS OUT!! Caught!!

Let's not get biased or prejudiced about this. Whenever Arjun will get a chance he may prove himself. About paid internship , well it is the decision of the sponsors who believe in him.

And so what? I agree that any decent parent would provide the best possible facilties for their child to hone their skills as they should. But his name has clout too.

His fanbois wax poetics about him sweating it out in the gym and the nets. But how many kids his age can afford a personal gym let alone a nutritionist and access to ICT nets? When that privilege doesn't get acknowledged, it seems fake af.

Umran is a seamer as well, is younger than him and has had a poorer childhood than him. Prithvi was his teammate; heck even Gill is younger than him.

I agree that he might be extremely talented but it is insulting to him for his dad's home franchise to retain him only to bench him. It means that they don't have faith in his talent despite him getting the best possible cricketing nourishment since he was born. Tage too had similar privileges to him in WI circles but he actually went through the domestic circuit and is an asset to the Windies team now.
