Aagaji already started being upset with salman. Ruko sabar karo aagaji. Ladke ki nazar already aap ki beti pe pad chuka hai. So he ain't going anywhere 🤣. AAP ka future damad hai.

He seldom writes but he is supremely talented

I love him as an actor more

Didn't know he wrote it. The dialogues of this drama are really good.

I also love him as a actor. He is really good at playing cute innocent father and grandfather roles.

Why is he so insecure about Aliya working in asfar's office?

He got worried even in the last episode when Aaliya told him she met asfar in person. It don't make sense. Aaliya is anyway working with other men in sherish's office as well and the chances of her choosing any of her colleagues over him is as much as her choosing asfar over him. Salman don't come off as a guy that is regressive and overly possessive without any reason.

Does asfar has a reputation with girls?

So Salman knows Aliya likes Sehrish and leaving her join her rival aka her bro made Salman disappointed in Aliya for compromising her ideology.

I dont think Rafi is going soon. Musaddek posted his and Bilal's caps from Dildara. So he is going after that. The threat of evacuating the house had a two months time limit . Rafi also said he will be leaving in 2 months. So the drama will resolve in the span of two months I guess.

@bold that i didn't think but then it's a job and it's very common for people to move companies. Just because Aaliya has a personal liking for sherish doesn't mean she shouldn't change jobs. That has nothing to do with ideology.

Also salman enquired more about asfar right after Aaliya told him she met asfar. He is also the one that told her about asfar going for a stay order.

Aaliya now clearly knows salman likes her and it looks like she is trying to know him better to make a decision. She also has a liking for him.

If the entrie time span is only two month does that mean they will eventually sell the house and move out😔. I like that house. It's like another character in the drama.

May be rafi came back for a short period of time and that's why he is in dildara song. I think dildara song will be in the last episode. Tanvi and phupho will get married and Aaliya will accept salman's proposal. We may never get to see salman-aaliya as an official couple. They will be will they won't they phase for the rest of the episodes with asfar in the mix.

Salman and Aaliya have been having monologues from the first episode itself but till now all of Salman's monologues were regarding Aaliya and not himself.

Did salman mean that his father left them as in died or left them and went away? Till now i thought his father died. If it's leaving them for another life salman's insecurities might be much deeper. Till now he was the character with least depth but they are giving him different layers as well.

Today's episode review-

Good to see Salman back in office. Seemed miffed with his friend who is willing to compromise for a better prospect in the USA but I think the decision is up to the friend, I guess. I think this is kinda in parallel to Asfar track where maybe Alia might also compromise despite her heart being elsewhere. Good to see them patch up and give clarity that his friend consented to the marriage on his own-will.

So seems like Aagha got a jolt instead of heart attack as how I predicted over parental property dispute with his brother. I've seen this situation with my cousin and paternal aunt (basically my cousin's paternal side of family) having undergone this situation wherein their his grandparents resided in a rental property for years and they got wind of this after 33 years later that it was rental property, not owned one so they had to undergo legal procedures to buy the property and have it registered under my uncle's name before selling it and dividing the finances equally amongst siblings to avoid further conflicts since the relations were already so-so. Here, the matter is a bit different wherein the younger brother of Agha is harassing him over the property dispute despite not having a nominee for the house.

I liked Samia's confusion over her MIL trying to wiggle her interest out in jahez but Samia needs to speak up and/or Saif needs to shut his mom also. If one job goes (which I doubt it would since this is a fabricated story), Saif and Samia can do another job.

I liked deepak and Sofia's conversation. The kid understands so much and at the same times doesn't lose his innocence & desires to attend a school.

I liked Sofia asking for her right because she is right and its more comprehensible to see why she wants her right unlike the USA uncle.

Alia-Salman scene- it was a pretty normal conversation wherein both opened up about problems like comprise, Salman handling the office after Rafi's departure, and Salman asking about Alia's POV on compromise in marriage.

Saif seemed appalled over Samia asking for his opinion unlike Shagufta and his mother.

Salman helping out to understand the legal complications was nice with Agha. I think Salman is explaining the logistics in a more normal way like a doc explaining to the patients and relative w/o any bias involved which is part of the role. I'm surprised though that Alia works in this field but I guess since its her own family issue hence the "compromise" bit is coming up in these scenes.

Using deepak as plot device to deviate viewer's attention from the property dispute track was nice to bring in the diversity.

Seems like the CVs will reveal the "favor" in the next track between Sehrish and Alia.

I felt so bad for saif when he said till now nobody ever asked him for his opinion 😔. His eyes were almost wet.

Samiya knows how to speak up when needed.
