From this yr rules have changed.

If more extras are given then outer circle se players remove karne padte hain.

Last match mein in the last over Dhoni had to remove a player from the boundary due to the same rule.

In olden days, it used to be a monetary penalty and suspension for the captain after two such offences. In the new rule, they have to remove players from the outer circle and after two such incidents, the captain will be suspended for one match. I think the monetary penalty still applies. I am not 100% sure.
