I don't think she meant tum pyaar luta rahe ho in the context that he loves her. She said that as in to question him..... She also used the word "Kya chal raha hai tmlogo ke beech" in soup scene. He is her husband and she saw him this close to someone else....she was questioning him there. After Haya's explanation why they were so close and it was in fact Haya woh came close then she calmed down.
