So the case finally starts and the lawyer alleges that Sai was irresponsible. P claims that she is ex wife and has come to ruin her family life and shamelessly makes fake allegations. Then she claims the gharwaale are against her because she has lost her uterus. And she has become bojh in her sasural due to her kokhlessness.

Her crocodile tears are next level. pata nahi kitne bottle glycerin use kiya hai...but still I only want to give her a tight slap.

Sai speaks up. She says confidently that all the allegations are fake.

Sai mentions some facts about the degree of emergency. And mentions all the factors that played into the decisions taken then. She mentions that Satya has done the full investigation of the NH where P was admitted etc.

Satya starts off in a mode as if he is antiSai. P starts looking optimistic.

Sai is unfazed. She answers the question confidently.

Satya says why did you operate on rishtedaar and you could have allowed P to die.

He makes the judge only say that Sai/Pullu acted in emergency! lmao.

Then Satya says- wasnt P ok after the first surgery- then lawyer of P speaks up saying she needed second surgery

Sai says the second surgery was needed due to Ps laparwaahi

V speaks up then and says he is witness to her laparwaahi that she was not following doctor recommendations and not taking meds or rest as advised. NiNi also stand up and support the fact that P was laparwaah.

Judge asks P if your husband is saying correct thing

P claims that she was laparwaah because husband was more focused on sai and not her and thats why she did not take meds. She claims that because her husband chose to save Sai and therefore she was under stress. P makes NO sense whatsoever. the fact that people are listening to her crap is unbelievable

Then she says Sai wanted to haasil her pati and her son.

Sai speaks up loud and clear saying I have NO dilchaspi in Virat chavan- not then, not now, not i future. and V looks mildly upset. BUT Sai has stated it loud and clear. LOVED that moment.

Sai says I request you to talk about case and not other stuff.

Sai redirects back to the case. She says I didnt know that Vinu was my son when the surgery was done. Nobody knew the fact. so no question of that factoring in the decision.

P starts screaming saying Vinu is my son but Sai is composed. she says truth wont change because you scream

Sai asks do you have any proof of my negligence. But they go back to sai's interest in V or Vinu or both

Lawyer says why are you in CN

Sai says- I am there for my son

Lawyer says - see she herself has said she is interested in the son- in Ps family

Lawyer makes NO sense. When she didnt know the fact that Vinu was her son at the time of surgery - how can she seek "revenge" based on that. even if she is interested in Vinu and V, that doesnt prove any negligence!

Satya once again pretends to be on Ps side and he asks the permission to ask V some questions.

Satya asks V - did you pick Sai over wife in accident. and did you givee muh seh saansein. LOL.

V says- I did.

Satya says- do you think this harkat made your wife upset, angry

V says yes

Satya asks in what state did you find her? V says- Sai found P and was fighting crocodiles to save Ps life.

Satya laughs. and says nazuk Sai was fighting with a crocodile. waah.

Then Satya says this is making no sense. Why would Sai fight crocs if she wanted revenge. P says- who has proof of what happened in jungle?!

Satya says- ok, then if you guys did so much for P, why is she so hateful towards Sai

He keeps up the pretense though and claims he wants to interrogate P and prove that her allegation is correct

He says- clearly your husbands is on Dr Sai's paksh.

He says- what are your views on her as a person?

Precap is same. so P is provoked to admitting everything herself.

Satya was flipping between extremes. Its clear he was on sai's side. P and her lawyer are dumb. Why would the man take personal guarantee to allow trial to happen if he thought Sai was guilty?!

Sai seems confused.

And ofc BK and V also are stupid enough to not see Satya's real aim.
