May be there must have been major disagreements. As long as they can show appropriate emotions on screen which they do. It must be hard for people around them on ghum team though. Ever one else being friendly with all three but them not interacting must be odd. By looks of it they are used to it by now.

Yeah I agree onscreen they're pretty comfortable working with each other. At least since last few months aisa lag hi nahi raha there are some problems between them offscreen. Other people may think it's immatured to behave like this but I would say that agar two or more people are having issues it's better they avoid each other if they can't solve them. It's working well for the show too.
