lol I love how we all are more concerned about Meerub’s independence & career than she herself is. She’s acting like a brat to everyone bcoz they didn’t do what she wanted & forced her into a relationship. But other than whining & showing attitude to the same people who she’s dependent on for literally everything, she does absolutely nothing to improve her own life. Not to mention the dumb pregnancy drama she unnecessarily stretched just so “main jhooti ban jaoungi”. 😆

This is actually the reason why despite Yumna’s fab acting, I can’t take Meerub seriously. Bcoz at the end of the day all her little acts of rebellion, protests & jabs come off as her throwing tantrums bcoz - she like a true spoiled brat thinks this world revolves around her & everyone should act according to her wishes/mindset & when they don’t, she lashes out.

We all expect Murtasim to get her admitted to the law school, so she could “love” him back. But can’t blame the guy here, she herself doesn’t seem much interested to study after marriage. I guess she has never even thought about her studies or career ONCE after marriage. lol forget Murtasim, we as the audience don’t know if she still wants to study or just want to make a career out of annoying Murtasim (which seems more likely at this point tbh). 🤣

the biggest mistake the show did was selling Meerub as a strong independent modern woman bcoz she’s absolutely not that now. She is just a pampered daddy’s princess, who is still living off of the same people she trashes everyday. And tbh it wasn’t bothersome at the start but now after 26 episodes, it’s getting super annoying to watch.

On top of this, saint Murtasim & his doormat behaviour makes this show a complete turn off.

And unpopular opinion but lately Haya’s pathetic OTT drama is giving more entertainment than Murtasim & Meerub’s stagnant relationship & characters.
