It can be misunderstanding during separation track where meerub comes to the haveli and assumed haya is getting married with murtasim.Haya could put this thought in meerub's mind.Then meerub would come to murtasim with child in his room and got angry with him and then run away.Murtasim would run away her and clear the misunderstanding and both of them confessed their love and got married again.

As far as i have seen the meerub is also wearing white wedding clothes in one of the bts.
