Bhai, ek insaan abusive nikla toh aurat ajeevan bramhacharya dharan kar le.

At this point, she can scream that she loves Abhinav and Abhira stans will find her character butchered for moving on from Abhimanyu

❤️❤️❤️

Even if we don’t consider companionship.. she can have a husband because they found each other nice enough to raise a child together..

she can have a husband because it’s her choice to have one.. she asked him and he said yes.. nothing else in the show might have been as simple and progressive..

Well, I married a year and a half after my divorce, but was ready (mentally) after about 4-6 months.

Different people choose different routes for themselves. It is completely normal and acceptable to remarry a few months later, wait, or stay single, but obviously, things are a bit exaggerated on TV for drama.

Totally agree to your point.. there is nothing wrong with moving on in life.. My point was in ITV they always show a woman dependant on a man.. and i wish they showed AkshRa independent and self sufficient..

I think it's because, in this case, more than financial support, Ak required emotional support. A bond does happen when someone supports you in a time like that, with zero expectations. So she married him. For the story purpose, I think it's required to see someone treating Akshu properly and like she deserves. It's the only way Ak understood what respect was like. She had never had that before from anyone.

It's not about being an independent, strong woman. It's about having literally anyone support Ak and be there for her.

if I remember from episodes it wasnt for emotional support. It was more of an arrangement coz society posed questions when they were living under the same roof!

So so true. If Ak says anything in favour of Nav or her life in Kasauli she's instantly declared to be under delusion. 🤷🏽‍♀️ She married d guy in her full senses. At that time she surely did it for Abhir, but after so many yrs if she has found her comfort, peace, family, home in another place with another man so what's d harm or delusion there? Ppl can and do fall in love after marrying. Ak finally got what she always wanted - sukoon, understanding, stability, true respect & unconditional support. If she has grown mature enough to choose this over her 1 yr old wild, crazy, fantasy love then her character owns my respect.

Also, they had done that with Naira. They had to switch things up a bit. They couldn't have served us the exact replica, right? 😆

Anyway, I don't mind she actually married someone. Abhinav is what Abhimanyu could never be for Akshara. He is her pillar and her shield. She already realizes that. Now, the sooner she accepts him (completely and wholeheartedly), the better.

Even if Abhira have to end up together eventually 🤢 I want Akshara to fully move on with Abhinav and have that Abhira daughter with him. Then when he dies (I hope not), Abhimanyu can marry Akshara and then his true test would begin, i.e. if he can accept Akshara with another man's baby and treat that baby like or better than his own.

The fact that akshara has to deal with the trauma of another loved one's death, the only true honest loving relationship she has ever had her whole life and then will be forced to return to be a slave to that Ass is an more horrific thought than watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Is it just me or whenever Assmanyu character comes on screen it makes your skin crawl. I don't know if it is Harshad doing this on purpose but I have to applaud his great acting he gives off this unhinged vibe, he is a very dangerous person someone you don't want around, he was always a creepy character but the creepiness has ramped up significantly. You know that movie sleeping with the enemy with Julia Roberts, her husband was a psycho every time he would come on screen I would shut my eyes.

The complete opposite is Abhinav he gives you this calm, soothing, warm, loving, feeling. You just want to give him a big hug and just want to share a laugh with him. He lights up the screen with so much positive energy you want the best for him. Abhinav makes you feel safe, and Abhimanyu makes you feel scared. So who is the better choice.

Isn't she studying law? Doesn't she work even if it's from home? If we talk about independence, I don't think even men in our society are independent. They rely on women to do their laundry, cook their food, do their dishes, clean their house, make their bed, etc. I'd say women even if they are working from home and can drive are more independent than any man.

Trust me, if it were up to me, Akshara wouldn't even be this cordial with Abhimanyu. She wouldn't feel anything for him, neither love nor hate. Nothing.

If I were writing the story, I'd make them both go to therapy, especially Abhimanyu. I'd keep Shefali true to her character and not need Abhimanyu to fight for herself—she was a no-BS kinda person, not some damsel like Manjari. Akshara would start healing and accept Abhinav wholeheartedly, but they would slowly nurture their relationship instead of fast-tracking through everything. The love (includes respect, trust, compassion, and all the other elements of a healthy relationship) Abhinav would give her would be enough to last her a lifetime that even if he died before her, she wouldn't need any other man, especially that ToxManyu.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if these creatives don't bring the two star-crossed lovers back together. I fear their reunion is exactly what they are planning.

I don't recall them ever explicitly stating so, but I do recall Akshara asking Abhinav to marry her because she wanted her child to have a father like him.
