So I’ve been reading this from quite some time.. that akshu should have been shown as a strong independent woman rather than what is being shown now? But what are the characteristics do you think she has that you call her weak or not independent??

When did having a life partner and being a strong independent woman become mutually exclusive??
For me she has shown immense strength and character in trying to build a life for herself after whatever happened to her.. and I commend her for trying to move on.. Abhinav and her have been two individuals during the last 6 years.. and she has learned to live for herself and her son, and that too very happily.. that is a strong and independent woman.. her fear on meeting abhimanyu was testament of the fact how much she cherished her life and home..

She doesn’t need to live as a celibate all her life to prove her independence..

I absolutely get Abhinav’s fear and hesitancy but right now, he’s taking her decision for her.. which is something that should not be done for a strong and independent woman, though everyone is hailing that step in a very ironical sort of manner 😂😂

Though I totally get Abhinav’s self preservation, he’s saving himself from a heartbreak.. so I wouldn’t fault any on these two.. ❤️❤️

Her only weakness is still feelings for abhimanyu

. Still being affected by abhimanyu..if she still wants him she must go ahead and accept him or move ahead without him..

I agree. Just because she tried to live a better and safer life with Abhinav, that too for her son, she becomes a weak woman? So what if she found sukoon with him? So what if she feels happy with him? Is being peaceful and happy signs of being weak?

Exactly! I have seen a lot of people express their disappointments with her not chosing to raise Abhir as a single mom. Because, apparently chosing to move on in life is equivalent to being at a man's mercy for survival. Women whi raise their kids are strong, but women who chose to move on with a new partner are equally strong. There is no shame in chosing to enter a new relationship when the previous one doesn't work out. Infact, expecting women to remain celibate all their life after losing their previous partners is what is regressive.

I totally support akshus decision.. but I don't support flipping like her ex husband ..and I know she will..in a minute....

It's a fact , she never moved on..if she did , she would be indifferent to abhimanyu....n she should have told the truth and faced all odds , right there in Udaipur...it's the weakest link to her traumatic past..she can't move on without putting this fear to rest. It needs just one mature conversation between adults ..but yahan toh sirf bhoochal aate hain woh bhi manjari ke.

I get that we're watching a story based on emotions alone . For a change they can show something sensible too.

I don't get how Akshara isn't a strong woman. Abhinav decided to help her while she was pregnant, she wasn't looking out for help from anyone.

She's made a family in the hills - an entirely new place with nothing familiar or comforting, started and maintained her own business, she looks after her son and teaches him to be strong, stand for himself and respect others - how does a weak person do all that?

Infact, she is incredibly strong when it comes to Abhir. Akshara, let Abhinav have equal rights on her son, infact she created a special place in Abhir's heart for Abhinav by telling him his birth story. A large part of the bond Abhir & Abhinav share is because Akshara gives them the right and space to develop a true father - son relation. She never enforced her 'real mother' rights to sway Abhir like Manjiri does to sway Abhimanyu.

Regarding Abhinav, I don't feel he has taken a decision for Akshara. Rather he has taken for himself, to detach as he truly believes that he came in between Akshara, Abhimanyu and Abhir. Of course, this decision is already causing grief to Akshara and Abhir 💔. I understand his fear too though he has taken a wrong decision. He is not strong enough to detach from Abhir unless he sees Abhir happy without him, which Abhir is not currently and won't remain committed to this decision.

I like that little touch he was walking away, he waited for her shadow to catch up with him. One single moment showed why he is a better man than that Ass, he is upset but still respects his wife to catch up with him he just didn't take off. Even in moments of distress he considers her, now it is her turn to consider Him prioritize him protect him.

Agreed. I personally have only issue with her telling the world that Abhinav is the father of her child. And by having an issue doesn't mean I don't understand where she is coming from. For starters they are living in a small town so it is needed.

Just i would have love her to own that for the sake of showing the difference of her and Manjari tbh

I think she wants to stay away from the Birlas and Abhi and she knows if she does, they’ll always be in her life one way or another. Even if they don’t snatch him away from her, they’d still want to be a part of Abhir’s life and she doesn’t want that.
