Highlights of today epi !!

Behno get ready for some observation !

1. Sahiba and Angad character definitely doesn't match with respective og characters, let me tell you why? Sahiba is very very bold than khori, khori used to put her head down and was not that bold to speak in such way. Here Angad character is materialistic and grumpy as well as reserved, he is not wild like riddiman.
2. Coming back to the episode, few things caught my eyes in which first was Angad expression when she refused to accept the thali and the explanations she gave was spot on. First of all, she is not ready to accept this family neither this marriage, today she again remind angad that she said no to this marriage, but he still marry her. Here sahiba will not accept this fam untill angad accept her. Thats why she is calling everyone sir and mam.
3. She was stating truth that if a couple doesn't have respect for each other no matter how much rasam they do, their relationship wont change. This time bebe needs to stop pressurizing sahiba and as sahiba refused to accept herself bahu and your grandson husband
4. Again Angad kept listening sahiba talks , because she again reject him that she doesn't need a man to take care of her when she is independent enough to take care of herself.
5. Santosh seq was casual tbh, neither the scene was matching with the og nor it does make sense here, because angad temper has a limit he is not a monster like riddiman and they are taking special care not to show such intense domestic violence. Sahiba is not crying neither angad is having high temper doing kuch nuisance act.
6. Why Angad goes speechless everyone sahiba speaks is making me curious...
7. All in all the score is sahiba -4 angad -1

Here og scenes are definitely not going well with the storyline because sahiba actually told the truth ...

Sahiba being so confident and bold while speaking ....We couldn't ignore that she chose to tell the truth at the last moment....But in the matter of marriage it's not that easy to blame her because she der aaya but durust toh aayi dhi.... Because she tell the truth before beginning any ritual ....She doesn't feel any sorry or guilty to this marriage at all because Angad had option to backout....She already said no to this marriage...But Kitna bhi daarji ki manipultion ho jaaye ,He choose family reputation and it's his own decision to marry her ....But in og there was half ritual already done before truth....So it makes the situation different....

funny baath hai but he got clean bowled every time sahiba speaks ....Bolthi band ho jaathi hai.....Ab woh kya hai kyu hai ??? doesn't know

It was right.,aise rishthey chahe kitna bhi pyar kyu na ho jab respect nahi hai toh kaise chalega.....Jis tarah pyar na hi ho becoz it's not the time for that....But she doesn't deserve this humiliation and domestic violence at all....

No khori bi sahiba ki tara stubborn aur bole,strong thi but sahiba kuch zyada hi bold aur strong hai...aisi heroine ko dekne ke liye aankhe taras gayi thi varna aaj kal sirf doormat ko hi dekha... OG mai heroine character consistent thi starting se ab tak...vaha every one accepted sahiba except angad and his mom...so wo thoda kum rude thi ... Vaha bi sahiba refuse to take khairat but riddhiman drops the plate so khori pakad leti hai...yaha sahiba sirf tab tak strong hogi jab tak rating acha ho ya shw hit ho...jab ratings gira bankar is show ko ghum 2 banane mai 2 seconds nahi lagayega....

It doesn't matter, all those shows were based on triangle love story. Here it won't happen.

KKIS was not supposed to be a triangle love story as per what I got to know about its OG. I think the triangle part was just a track and not the concept of the OG show. But in the remake they gave more space and scenes to the third character nd elevated her character to the level of Ekta's vamp.

So it the PH can change the importance and equation of any character from the OG whenever they want cheap thrills, thus frustrating the viewers to no end. And they do tend to have a liking for familial ema/ obsession

It's okay dude, every ph is doing this, only this ph is not some extra ordinary. You can see the EMA everywhere.

There is a thing called Situational Difference. I think changing the marriage sequence changed a lot of circumstances between GC and TMD. Also, in TMD they have changed few characters' orientation as well. So there are lots of circumstantial changes and so it is only natural that the protagonists' reactions to them will change accordingly. Khori was not timid or weak or stupid. She was also bold & outspoken, but depending on the situation and person. Singharoy family was not full of negativity like Brar family. There both the grandparents, Madhuja, Kunal, Imon, Madhusree (Prabhjyot) etc were polite / cordial to her and she was mostly requested to co-operate, not ordered around like the Brars do with Sahiba. So ofcourse she wouldn't need to be as rude or as refuting as Sahiba. She didn't spare the hero, and the snake brother's family at all. So it would be wrong to think she was weak or anything. I think we can appreciate Sahiba without belittling the original character on whom her character is actually based.😊

In my opinion Angad's and the whole Brar family's attitude towards Sahiba looks over the top and downright negative because of the very difference in the marriage sequence. Sahiba revealed the truth, Sahiba refused to marry Angad and in spite of that everyone is behaving as if she was dying to marry him & land herself in this zoo She is just a punching bag to them at this point, without any fault of hers. Daarji made Angad marry him. Talk to him if you have problem with it? Oops! No one has the guts. Not even Angad. Angad himself decided to listen to Daarji & go ahead with the marriage. Hold him responsible for his actions? Oops! He is the rich hot Raja Beta of the family! Let's just pass the responsibility part to Sahiba, shall we? That's the Brars for you 🤡

I have stopped analysing or thinking too deeply about it now. I am not very sure they actually know what they are doing because they are changing so many things yet copy pasting other stuffs which don't fit anymore because of their changes.

Case in point Angad's dialogues, Hansraj's dialogues etc. Their Kiara is absent so they are making Prabhjyot say her dialogues but can't let them go or come up with something different.

P.S. - Today's episode was pretty meh in my opinion. Santosh's apologies didn't come across as genuine and she actually looked shameless to turn up there with gifts & chole kulche and show her battisi like nothing happened 🤪 Incorrigible 🥱

they did same in KKIS. a guy two cousins marrying same guy. fighting like cat. ML family totally against FL and her family etc. daily insult in living room, humiliations ka daily dose either on phone or in person to FL even by ML
