They do have sizzling chemistry. I heard Aish was offered Deepika's role in Pathan, but she had to say no. Similar to Happy New Year. But it is a shame we did not get to see this couple afterward.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil sequel where they dive into what happened between Aish and Shahrukh's character in the first place. Just do not make it anything like KANK. Make it more relatable to issues that typically happen between modern couples.

Well, I do not know for sure if she was offered it or not. One of her fans on this forum told me. I did not check other sources.
