There are thousands of lives at stake.

They come to Film City every day to work and the minimum expectation is to go back home safe .

These things angers me - many such accidents happen only because authorities fail to enforce laws.

I recently watched the Netflix Series “Trial by Fire” based on Uphaar Cinema Tragedy and it was very traumatic .

The blatant injustice and the how human life is treated is appalling.

Sorry for the rant. This incident just triggered me 🙏

Don't be... as sad as Uphaar was... it led to formation of fire safety norms in theatres and closed buildings.

Still it's the red tapism and bribery at local corporation level that allows buildings to be occupied even with lax fire safety systems.

Not much has changed since uphaar on a smaller scale.... 😔

They should shoot such things in open place and integrate into the sets by editing.

But Actor playing Mohit posted bomb blast wala room 2 days back only.
