That desperateness is quite evident. With Shivi it's often flawless and effortless. You don't ever reach a point where you find things unbearable in their romantic scenes.
But here it seems like trying too hard. He is trying to act like a sasta ASR or MSK or SSO but he is clearly not reaching anywhere. His dialogue delivery needs to be worked on. Whereas the girl is trying hard to justify the character. She tries hard to be cute inserting those Punjabi words here and there but it looks like there is a lot of effort applied..
I am not saying this because I like KDIce. It's a general POV. Even if I would have watched them with an independent and unrelated point of view, it would have been the same.

the girl is a clown but mohit actually said in one intv that this version of krish is more like him and old krish was hard to do coz its his opposite lol now im thinking how blah can one be that his own personality is being portrayed onscreen and you are coming off unnatural while when he played the fun guy he seemed more better lol

This Holi seems to go for about a week minimum with all the drama coming in that includes Shweta looking for Krishna, Shiva wanting to go home and Raavi stopping, Dance sequences, Them playing ykb, Chhutki getting to know the truth, Dhara self slapping ott drama, Shweta looking for Chhutki drama, Shweta bhaang drunk drama, Shiva Shweta confrontation and God knows what ahead.
So it's going to be a long Holi..

As I said I hated their copy paste Romance and would love to royally skip it not wanting to ruin my beautiful Shivi Holi memories.
