You are 100% right, whilst she is no saint, Abhi standing for her against anyone who ever raised a word against her has literally made her become the vilest person on the planet, you dont even feel sorry for when she cries for Neel. Her love is very conditional even to her son.

I felt he was beginning to atleast question her, now this accident, he will go back to doing maa jaap. Will Abhir be the one who makes him realise how bad a mother and a person his maa really is and will Abhi finally end all ties with her and walk away. I am sincerely hoping he will.

So sad what makers have done with this character, I used to feel sorry for her once upon a time.

Nahi yaar, why preach this crappy message of choosing one out of Wife vs Mom.

There should be balance and only one can't he always right or wrong. Jitna raita failaya hai, they need to clean it up. Between Abhi and Akshu, they both made many mistakes....but between Akshu and KM it was always KM who did all the nonsense 99% of time.

Everyone in Udaipur is the problem. A family that doesn't support her, an ex who neither holds on nor lets her go, ex-inlaws who hate her very existence and Abhinav who, amidst all the rich and famous is lost. He is a gentle guy to begin with and unsure of his place in Akshara's life and probably unable to wrap his head around by the high class people who seemed to have no compassion or empathy when it comes to Akshara ji.

It is easy to be a warrior in front of unknown people...the people that know her as in your face Akshara are all strangers.

She took in Manjiri as her mother wholeheartedly. Here's a character that always craved for a mother, adored that relationship and finally supposedly got her in the form of Manjiri. But Manjiri literally turned out like Cinderella's step mom. There is disappointment and disbelief on Akshara's part in accepting that a mother can be this way too. She saw Manjiri forgiving a monster like HB too but Akshu found that Manjiri did not even estimate her to be a receiver of basic humanity.

Manjiri knows how to hurt Akshu, she punctures Akshu repeatedly where it hurts the most. Every argument of hers starts with you are a bad omen. You are a bringer of death and destruction. You destroyed my son's life. It has been 3-4 times now? Akshu literally is in disbelief...she's now seeing what that running away for 6 years did. She will turnaround hopefully, with some time. Truth be told this relation should always have friction life long. So many women are traumatized for life the way their MIL'S behave with them when they are newly into their sasural and vice versa.

Moot point, you get the mother you always craved for to only find out that she's worser than your worst abuser.
